Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients used in Crispy Chicken Cutlets
• Egg - 2 number.
• Potato - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Chicken left over - 250 grams.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 2 cups.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves, curry powder, salt, boiled potato mashed, egg and mix it well.
  • Add chicken cutlet mixture (leftover), bread crumbs, mix this well and divide the mixture into equal portions.
  • Make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all-purpose flour + Salt + pepper powder), dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb and deep fry them.

Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.
