CORN CORIANDER RICE

Ingredients used in CORN CORIANDER RICE
• Boiled rice - 2 cups.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Corn (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Cinnamon - 1 piece.
• Cloves - 2-3 numbers.
• Black cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil or ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a mixie jar take coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger piece and water, then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Add some oil in a hot pan and add cinnamon, cloves, Black cumin seeds and saute it for some time.
  • Later add coriander paste, boiled rice, salt and saute it slowly for sometime and then take into a bowl.
  • Add lime juice before serving.
