Ingredients used in CORN CONE CHAT
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn meal flour - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Black eyed beans - 1/4 cup.
• Ground nuts - 1/4 cup.
• Bengal grams - 1/4 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a blender and add sweet corn and salt and blend into paste. Take a bowl and add corn meal flour, sweet corn paste, all purpose flour and mix nicely to make a dough. Dust some flour and roll into chapathi. Cut into round chapathi with round mould. Cut again horizontally into 2 semi circle shape. Apply slurry of all purpose flour and water to the corner roll into cone shape and keep aside to dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and add corns and deep fry them, later transfer into paper towel. Take a bowl and add black eyed beans, ground nuts, bengal grams, green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chat masala, salt, lime juice and mix nicely. Stuff this mixture inside the cone and transfer into serving plate. Now corn cone chat is ready to serve.
