Ingredients used in CORIANDER RICE
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Oil /ghee - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cinnamon - 1 stick.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:

1. Take the pan and add cinnamon, green chilly, coriander leaves and saute it. 2. Transfer it into the mixie jar and blend to a smooth paste. 3. Heat ghee or oil in a cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute it. 4. To it add the smooth paste, rice and saute it for 2 mins. 5. Add water, salt and pressure cook for 3 whistle. 6. Now hot and tasty coriander rice is ready to serve.
