Ingredients used in coriander rice
• Cloves ,cinnamon ,elaichi - 3 numbers.
• Ginger -garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
• Rice - 4 cup.
• Green chilles - 6 small.
• Ghee - 4 tablespoons.
Method:
this reciepe can be done in regular cooker.take a regular blender make a paste of coriander leaves and green chilles. take a cooker and put on the heat and add the ghee to it when the ghe is hot add all the dry ingrdients to it .when nice flavor comes out add ginger garlic paste and the coriander paste to it fry the mixture for 5-6 minutes now add rice to it and ad enough water and salt and cook like regular rice try this reciepe which is healthy tasty and good substitute for bryani .thank u
