Ingredients used in Coleslaw
• Cabbage grated - 1 cup.
• Celary stems grated - 1/4 cup.
• Mayonnaise - half cup.
• Carrot grated - 1/4 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
Boil water in a pan, add all the vegetables (cabbage, carrot, celary stems)and let it rest for 1 minute. Then squees out the water, cool the vegetables, add mayonnaise adjust seasoning (add sugar and vinegar) and serve with your favourite sandwiches and burger.
