Ingredients used in COCONUT CURRY
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Channa dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Roasted dal or split dal - half cup.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Grind coconut, green chillies, split dal. Heat oil, add mustard, channa dal, urad and curry leaves. Add onions, tomatoes and fry. Add the paste and water and salt. bring it to boil.
