Ingredients used in CHUKKAKURA-KHATTA PALAK SALAN
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Dry red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Green chilly - 2 numbers.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Chopped mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Chukka kura - 150 grams.
Method:

1. Heat a pan and on slow flame dry roast peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut powder and put this into the blender and add some water and blend it to make a smooth paste. 2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, add cumin seeds, dry red chilly, fenugreek seeds. 3. Then add sliced onions, salt, curry leaves, cook this till onions are golden in colour, add ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavour is gone. 4. Then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilly, prepared paste and add water like a thin paste, cook this in a slow flame for 30 minutes. 5. Then add chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, once it comes to boil. 6. Then add chukkakura mix it well, cook this for few minutes. 7. Now switch off the flame and serve.
