Ingredients used in CHOCOLATE DOSA
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Chocolate - 1/4 cup.
• Butter - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 3/4 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat milk in a pan and switch off flame and add chocolate and mix nicely. Add butter and mix it, later add all purpose flour, baking powder and mix nicely. Warm pan and place one ladleful of batter and spread dosa. Cook dosa with little butter on it and transfer into serving plate. Now chocolate dosa is ready to serve.
