Ingredients used in CHINESE NOODLE OMELET
• Boiled noodles - 1 cup.
• Capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Carrots - 2 numbers.
• Red cabbage - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Spring onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilly sauce - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread slices - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
Take a bowl add sliced capsicum, carrot, red cabbage, onions, spring onions, green chili, pepper powder, chili sauce, salt and mix it to keep it aside. Now take another bowl add eggs and beat it well and pour into vegetables to mix it. Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tsp of oil and spread it then add noodles and pour this egg mixture on noodle and cover it with a lid to cook it on very slow flame for 2 mins, cook it both the sides. Now transfer it to a plate, then on the same pan take two bread slice fry it till they change little bit color and switch off the flame. Now cut the omelet into four pieces and place in the middle of the bread slice. Tasty Chinese noodle omelet is ready to serve.
