Ingredients used in Chicken Curry tasty
• Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoons.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Country tomatos - 2 numbers.
• Small onion - 8-10 numbers.
• Curry leaves - small.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chilli - 4 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Elachi - 3 numbers.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Veg oil - 10 ml.
• Sesame oil - 5 ml.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut milk - 3 cup.
• Home made chilli powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - small.
Method:

In a pressure cooker, put some sesame oil and ginger garlic paste stir it until the raw smell goes off. Wash the chicken and add it to the ginger garlic paste and add turmeric powder, salt and stir well. Add amount of water (until the water level comes above the chicken). Now add little amount of sesame oil over the water. Close the pressure cooker and leave until 4 to 5 whistles go off. Now in a separate frying pan, add veg oil, elachi, cinnamon, mustard and dry chillis. fry for a min and add the chopped small onions into it and fry again until its cooked. Now add the country tomatoes to it and stir until all the ingredients are cooked. Now add the chicken from the pressure cooker into the frying pan and stir well (wait until the remaining water gets dried). Then add 3 cups of coconut milk (coconut should be fried along with cashew nuts until both turns brown and take coconut milk out of it). Add chilli powder and salt to taste. Now stir it well until the curry boils (You can allow it to boil until your own favorite texture comes) :) Have a tasty food now.. enjoy...
