Ingredients used in Cheese Chicken Kebab with Pesto
• Hung curd - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken (boneless) - 500 grams.
• Cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Papaya paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Pesto sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
In a bowl add boneless chicken cut it into small pieces and add papaya paste for tenderizing (optional), salt, pepper powder, green chilies, mix this and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. In another bowl add hung curd, processed cheese, pepper powder, cornstarch, mix it and make a paste. In this add chicken pieces mix it well string the chicken pieces onto skewers. Put it into the oven for 15 minutes till the kebabs are golden on all sides. The chicken will be done, apply the pesto sauce, put it into the oven for 2 to 4 minutes and serve it.
