Ingredients used in CHAPATI CHANA SWEET
• Chana dal(soaked) - 1 cup.
• Chapatti pieces(raw) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Dry fruits - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Make chapatti with the chapatti dough and cut into small sizes and shapes then dry it for 4 hours on a paper. Take soaked chana dal in a container and boil for 5minutes on a slow flame with lid on it. After 4 minutesremove the lid and check it. When its 60% cooked add chapatti pieces and mix once. Cook this for another 2-3 minutes. Now add milk and let it boil. For tempering take ghee in hot pan and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, dry fruits and sauté it. Transfer this in the sweet and mix once. Now add cardamom powder and jaggery to it. After 2-3 minutes of boiling switch off the flame.
