Ingredients used in cauliflower-potato curry
• Tamarind paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 2 number.
• Cinnamon - 1 number.
• Cumin seed - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seed - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Coriander seed - 2 teaspoons.
• Onion - 2 small.
• Coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Cauliflower - 1/2 numbers.
• Ginger-garlic - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Dry red chilli - 3 number.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Saute 1 cup coconut in a heated pan for about2-3 minute remove saute onion separately in oil till light brown keep aside.
  • Heat oil, saute red chillis, coriander, fenugreek, cumin seeds, 1-inch cinnamon, cloves till aroma comes.
  • Then grind coconut, onion, spices in ablender and make asmooth paste.
  • Heat pan,add oil, ginger garlic paste add spice paste chilli powder, potatoes cut into cubes saute add little water, add cauliflower florets cook. add coconut milk last and simmer
