Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER PAKODA
• Maize flour - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1 tablespoon.
• Carom seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds(crushed) - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cauliflower florets(small pieces) - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add maize flour, green chilies, carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, finely chopped onions, little water and mix thoroughly like the bajji batter.
  • Add cauliflower florets(small pieces) and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop in the pakoda using hands and deep fry them until golden brown in color.
  • Now the hot pakodas are ready to serve.
