Ingredients used in CARROT CABBAGE RICE
• Green chilies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Whole garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Carrot/cabbage - 1 cup.
• Basmati rice - 4 cups.
Method:
  • Cut the carrot /cabbage in small pieces.place in microwave for 2 minutes .
  • In a frying pan pour oil, add whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste, saute it then add green chilies, salt then add carrot/cabbage into it and add little water for carrot/cabbage to cook(if neccessary add water ).
  • Then add cooked basmathi rice and corriander leave to it and serve it hot.
