BROCCOLI BAJJI

Ingredients used in BROCCOLI BAJJI
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Broccoli - 1 no.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Gram flour - 2 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Mix together gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, baking soda and salt to make bajji flour.
  • Add water gradually to the bajji flour avoiding lumps and make a smooth paste.Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil is hot enough, dump few broccoli florets in the bajji batter.
  • When the florets are completely coated with the batter, fry the florets in the oil.
  • Drain excess oil using a paper towel.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
