BOTTLE GOURD SARVA PINDI

Ingredients used in BOTTLE GOURD SARVA PINDI
• Bottle gourd(grated) - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Corn meal flour - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Chana dal(soaked for 15 min) - 2 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add bottle gourd, rice flour, corn meal flour, coriander leaves, green chillies, onion, red chili powder, soaked chana dal, sesame seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste salt and mix it, add little water and mix it again.
  • Add little oil in a pan and take large dumpling of the mixed dough using hand press it and make tiny holes.
  • Pour little oil and cook it with lid on it.

Now the bottle gourd sarva pindi is ready to serve.
