Ingredients used in Birinji Rice
• Broccoli - 1 cup.
• Cloves - 2 clove.
• Ghee - 4 teaspoons.
• Birinji leaves - 3 leaf.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 1 big.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Green chiies - 3 numbers.
• Salt - 1 0.
• Pickle - 1 tablespoons.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 pinch.
Method:

step1: In a pan add broccoli,curd ,chat masala ,cumin powder, coriander powder and any pickle of your choice and marinate it for some 10 mins grill it in oven.keep it aside Step2: In a Pan add ghee and add birinji leaves,Cashews and sort it till the cashews become brownish.Add the whole garam masala if you wish or else adding cloves is just enough Step 3: Add onions,Ginger garlic paste and salt and let it become brownish. Step4: Add Greenchillies and tomatoes and let it cook till it becomes soft. Step5: Add the broccoli now. Step6: Add coconut milk if you wish or else adding water is also fine.for one cup of rice 1 and quater cup of water will be enough Step7 let this mixture comes to boil and add the soaked basmati rice. Step 8: Let this cook in pressure cooker for 1 or 2 vessels and your birinji is ready
