Ingredients used in BESAN PANEER WRAPS
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer (long slices) - 4 pieces.
• Green chutney - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet chutney - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Tomato (slices) - 1 number.
• Onion (slices) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cabbage leaf - 2 numbers.
• Hot water - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, pinch of salt, hot water and mix thoroughly to make the dosa batter.
  • Take a bowl, add coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, 1-2 tablespoon water or sprinkle little oil and mix thoroughly to make the masala mixture.
  • Coat this masala mixture to the paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and place the long paneer slices and cook it on both side.
  • Heat the tawa, place 1 ladleful of chick pea flour batter, spread the dosa and cook it by applying oil on one side and keep aside.
  • On top of dosa spread green chutney, sweet chutney and place the cabbage leaf.
  • On it, top it with the slices of paneer, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice then fold it and cut into 2 pieces.

Now the besan paneer wraps are ready to serve.
