Description

Take a tadka pan, and add very little oil.
When oil is ready, add mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds start to splutter, add jeera.
When jeera stops splutter, add heeng to this .
Switch off heat and let this cool aside.
At last add salt and transfer in to curd bowl.
