Ingredients used in Baby brinjal fry
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Baby brinjals - 8 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
To garlic add red chilli powder amp; salt grind them do not add water.... cut the baby brinjals in a pulse shape just like bagara baigan and stuff the garlic paste. In a pan pour oil and fry them till they cook on a medium flame. This goes excellent with chapathis pulkas and as a side dish with dal rice...
