Sorry chef , looks yummy but definitely not a Malaysian style noodles . Ours is spicy and we use chili paste ( Sambal) and not that much of tomato ketchup .

Look up some Kwetiao Ayam. Delicious noodle dish. Indonesian and malay cooking got alot in common. For delicious malay noodle dishes I recommend a good indian style Mi Goreng.

This noodle dish is refered to as Mi goreng. The one with curry powder is indian style mi goreng. In malaysia chinese people tend to make it a bit more like a chao mian and indians a slightly more indianized. I Had both. Each of them had their own ch
