Ingredients used in Anday Ki Sukhi Subji
• Eggs hard boiled - 8 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions chopped - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes - 4 numbers.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Salt and red chillies powder - to taste.
Method:

1.cut the eggs into eight pieces each.

2.heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions till light brown, then add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder, tomatoes,green chillies and sesaoning.

3.cook for about 5 minutes then add the eggs and cook for another minute.

4. serve hot with chapathis or thin parathas
