Ingredients used in AMLA CHUTNEY
• Amla pieces - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Fresh coconut pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chana dal - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Take the mixie jar and add amla, green chillies, coconut, salt and blend it into coarse paste. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and saute it. 3. Then add the coarse paste and mix thoroughly. 4. Now the chutney is ready to serve with rice, dosa, roti.
