Ingredients used in ALOO POSTO
• Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Kalonji seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato pieces - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a blender and add poppy seeds, 3 green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, little water and make a coarse paste.
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan and add kalonji seeds, potato pieces and saute it.
  • Add 2 green chilies, coarse paste, little water, salt and mix it, later cook with lid on it.

Now add coriander leaves and serve it.
