Almond Horseshoe Cookies

Ingredients used in Almond Horseshoe Cookies
• All purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
• Egg (white) - 1 number.
• Vanilla essence - ½ tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Almond powder - 1½ cup.
• Slivered almond flakes - 20 numbers.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add almond powder, sugar, vanilla essence and mix it well.
  • Then add beaten egg (white), all-purpose flour, mix it gently like a dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a pencil shape and cut them into even sizes and beat one egg pour into the top of this.
  • And roll them into almond flakes and shape them (C shape).
  • Put it on the baking tray and bake them at 200ocentigrade for 15 minutes, then give them wash with milk and sugar mixture. Let it cool down then serve it.

WOW no butter and cup measurement that is very nice, just one thing is that if you can use egg replacement or suggest what we can replace in place of an egg for those of us especially who do not like to add an egg, nice dishes from you lot of variet
