Alasanda vadalu

This tasty snack is perfect to have as evening snack which is crispy outside and soft from inside. It makes excellent combination with sweet and spicy ketchup.

• Make the lobia into half and soak them. After soaking, wash and strain water.
• Then blend them into coarse paste and add finely chopped onions, green chillies.
