Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : egg

Published date : November 09, 2016

Ingredients used in Spaghetti Carbonara
• Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons.
• Red whine(optional) - a few drops.
• Rosemary - 1 pinch.
• Pepper pwdr - 1 tablespoons.
• Cream(sweet) - 400 grams.
• Serrano ham(can be replaced with other ingredients) - 100 grams.
• Egg yolk - 3 numbers.
• Starch - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Fry Ham with oil (can be replaced with salty shrimps or salamon). When slightly browned add Cream. Now add whine(optional but gives nice flavour). Add Cheese(add less for shrimp and salamon). Add the egg-yolk, mix fast so it doesnt clump. Add pepper. Add rosemary. Now cook until its creamy. Make sure it doesnt burn. Once its creamy add starch that was mixed with little water. Stir fast so it doesnt clump. Once oil starts oozing out you are done. The oil can be removed from the sauce to make the sauce easier on the stomach.
